Electronic Communications Commitee (ECC)
(Contenu proposé en anglais) ECC – European Communications Committee: policies, decisions, and recommendations for electronic communications in Europe.
The ECC considers and develops policies on electronic communications activities in European context, taking account of European and international legislations and regulations.

ECC Decisions
ECC Decisions are regulatory texts providing measures on significant harmonisation matters, which CEPT member NRAs are strongly urged to follow. As any other CEPT deliverables, ECC Decisions are not obligatory legislative documents; however, they are normally implemented by many CEPT administrations.

ECC Recommendations
ECC Recommendations are measures which administrations are encouraged to apply. They are principally intended as harmonisation measures for those matters where ECC Decisions are not yet relevant, or as guidance to national administrations.

ECC Reports
ECC Reports are the result of studies by the ECC, normally developed in support of other, higher level deliverables, i.e. as part of preparation of an ECC Decision or Recommendation.

ECC Consultation
The Public Consultation has started for the following documents approved by WG NaN :
- Draft ECC Report 274 - Regulatory Analysis of Over-The-Air Provisioning of SIM profiles including its impact on Number Portability (Deadline for the comments is 28.09.2018)
- Draft revision ECC Recommendation ECC/REC/(15)03 on - Provision of Comparable Information on Fixed Retail Internet Access Service Quality (Deadline for the comments is 31.08.2018)
